135.09 DIVISION OF REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL.

The Division of Refuse Collection and Disposal shall be managed, controlled and operated under the general supervision of the Director of Public Service. Its function shall be the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage and rubbish.
