135.08 DIVISION OF STORM AND SANITARY SEWER REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE.

The Division of Storm and Sanitary Sewer Repair and Maintenance shall be managed, controlled and operated under the general supervision of the Director of Public Service. Its function shall be the repair, replacement and maintenance of the storm and sanitary sewer collection and distribution system of the City.
