135.03 DEPUTY DIRECTOR AND AID.

The Deputy Director of Public Service and an Aid to the Director of Public Service shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by a majority of Council. The Deputy Director of Public Service shall serve as Secretary to the Director of Public Service. The Deputy Director and Aid shall perform such other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Director.
