133.03 DUTIES OF CHIEF BUILDING AND ZONING INSPECTOR AND ASSISTANTS.
   The duties of the Chief Building and Zoning Inspector shall be and include the duties set forth and prescribed in the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, as adopted in Chapter 1301, the Ohio Building Code as adopted by Chapter 1303 and all other ordinances heretofore or hereafter enacted by Council relating to such subject matter, and to perform such duties as are required under the Housing Code of the City. The Chief Building and Zoning Inspector shall have under his or her supervision such clerks, administrative personnel and assistant building inspectors as may be assigned to his or her Division by the Director of Public Safety and who may be given such titles and duties to be performed as are consistent with the duties required to be performed by the ordinances which the Division of Building and Zoning is obligated to administer.
