903.10 EXTENSION OF REPAIR PERIOD.

(a) The Director of Public Service may extend the time period for the repairs to be made for an additional period of time not to exceed one hundred eighty (180) days.

(b) The Director of Public Service may extend the time period for the payment of the cost of repairs to the City for an additional period of time not to exceed sixty (60) days.
