1330.05 INSPECTION.
   (a)   Unsafe and Illegal Conditions. When the Chief Building Inspector, or designee, determines that any unsafe conditions or any violation of this Code exists during demolition work, he shall notify the owner of the property, or the owner's agent, and direct that person to take the necessary measures to remove the hazard or the violation and the demolition permit may be temporarily suspended by the Chief Building Inspector until safe and lawful conditions exist.
   (b)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to proceed with demolition work subsequent to actual notice of the suspension of a demolition permit by the Chief Building Inspector, or designee, and it shall also be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to resume demolition work in such case without written notice from the Chief Building Inspector, or designee, that the temporary suspension has been rescinded.
