(a) Scope. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all work in connection with demolition or partial demolition of buildings and structures; except for an accessory building less than 15 feet in height, located further than 15 feet from any public right of way, and not serviced by any utility.
(b) Other Laws. Nothing herein contained shall be construed to nullify any rules, regulations and statutes of State agencies governing the protection of the public or workmen from health or other hazards involving dust or other elements which affect the respiratory system, eyesight or health.
(c) Basic Safety Requirements During Demolition. Basic safety requirements during demolition shall be in accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code and as amended thereafter. (Ord. 2013-122. Passed 11-12-13.)
