947.09 REMOVAL FROM PREMISES.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter or conducting themselves in a disorderly manner shall, in addition to any other penalties prescribed by law, be subject to immediate removal from the park upon order of the Director of Parks and Recreation, his/her designee, or a police officer.
