Motor vehicles, trailers, motorbikes, bicycles, and other vehicles of any nature shall be parked in such areas and in such manner as designated by signs, posters, or by verbal order of parks personnel. Any vehicle parked or stopped in violation of this section may be removed or towed to an impound lot upon order of a police officer and at the owner's cost.
