(a) Any pavilion or other City facility available for use may be reserved in advance by residents of the City of Willoughby by contacting the Director of Parks and Recreation or his/her designee. In the absence of such advance reservation, the above shall be available to the person first requesting its use, provided same is available and in accordance with this chapter.
(b) A nonrefundable fee shall be charged for advance registration of Browning Center, West Point Park Bandstand, and any pavilion located in the City. Such fees shall be in accordance with a schedule adopted by the Director of Parks and Recreation and shall be on file in the Department of Parks and Recreation. At the discretion of the Director of Parks and Recreation or his/her designee, rental fees for City service and social organizations may be waived. (Ord. 2013-127. Passed 11-12-13.)
