123.07 DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF FINANCE .

(a) The Deputy Finance Director shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by Council, and shall serve during the pleasure of the Mayor.

(b) The Deputy Finance Director shall, in the absence, disability or vacancy of the Director of Finance, perform the duties of the Director of Finance or such duties as the Mayor or Council may request. The Deputy Director shall be under the direction of the Director of Finance.
