949.02 APPROVAL OF REGULATIONS.

The Council of the City of Willoughby hereby adopts rules and regulations for the use and operation of the Willoughby Municipal Swimming Pools; such Rules and Regulations substantially in the form now on file in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
