113.01 PREPARATION; DESIGNATION; RECORDS.
   All ordinances and resolutions which are enacted, passed or adopted shall be prepared by, under the supervision of, or in a form approved by, the Director of Law. Each such ordinance or resolution shall be separately prepared and shall be designated by a number. The number assigned to each ordinance or resolution shall consist first of the year in which it was first introduced followed by a number which shall be assigned by the Clerk of Council in the order in which each is prepared. The Clerk shall maintain in annual numerical order volumes containing each ordinance or resolution introduced and indicating the legislative history of each.
