The Clerk of Council or in his absence the Deputy Clerk of Council or another person serving in the place of the Clerk, and the secretary, the chairman or the vice chairman of any other public body of the City shall, in the order provided in this section be responsible for the giving of notification of meetings of their respective public bodies provided for in this chapter and Ohio R.C. 121.22.
