During the first fifteen (15) days of January, the Clerk of Council and the Chairman of all other public bodies of the City shall post the date, time, and place of all regularly scheduled meetings of Council and other public bodies for the calendar year on the City of Willoughby’s website, and in a conspicuous place in City Hall, the police station and fire stations. Nothing contained herein shall restrict the right of Council or other public bodies to conduct any meetings or to adopt a different schedule at any time during the year. Notification of such change shall be posted as provided in this section.
