754.12 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.

(a) The City may at any time revoke a permit issued pursuant to these regulations on any of the same grounds listed in Section 754.99 for denial of the permit. The Director of Public Safety shall promptly notify the owner/operator in writing of the order of revocation.

(b) When a permit is revoked, the revocation shall continue for one year.
