754.04 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OPERATION OF AN ADULT NIGHTCLUB.

(a) Only persons over the age of twenty-one years shall be permitted to enter or remain on the premises of an adult nightclub, except for entertainers hired by the owner to work in the club.

(b) The club may operate any day of the week and shall close no later than 2:30 a.m.
