   Beginning in the centerline of Vine Street at its intersection with the original westerly corporation line of the Village of Willoughby (now the City of Willoughby) as shown by plat dated August 8, 1853 and recorded in Volume A, Page 6 of Lake County Plat Records, said point of beginning also being the southeasterly corner of lands subject to annexation proceedings by said City of Willoughby as shown by plat dated January, 1945 and recorded in Volume I, Page 22 of Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence southerly along said original westerly corporation line, the same being the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Eastlake, to a southwesterly corner of the same;
   Thence easterly continuing along said original westerly corporation line, the same being the line which separates said City of Willoughby from the City of Eastlake, to its intersection with the southerly line of land of the New York, Chicago & St. Louis Rail Road (now Norfolk & Southern Railway) and the northerly line of lands subject to annexation proceedings by the City of Willoughby as shown by plat dated May 7, 1925 and recorded in Volume F, Page 77 of Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence southwesterly along said railroad's southerly line, the same being the line which separates said City of Willoughby from the City of Eastlake, to its intersection with the northerly line of Sublot No. 354 in the Orchard Park Allotment No. 2 as shown by plat recorded in Volume F, Page 28 of Lake County Records;
   Thence southeasterly along said northerly line of Sublot No. 354 to its intersection with the northerly line of the 0.417 acre Parcel No. 2 of lands conveyed to Ericson Manufacturing Company (PPN 27-A-023-E-00-064-0) by instrument recorded in Document No. 2001R055806 of Lake County Records;
   Thence northeasterly along said northerly line of Parcel No. 2 of land of Ericson Manufacturing to the northeasterly corner of the same;
   Thence southerly along the easterly line of said Parcel No. 2 of land of Ericson Manufacturing to its intersection with the centerline of Depot Road as shown by said plat of Orchard Park Allotment No. 2 and vacated by plat recorded in Volume 1, Page 23 of Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence southeasterly along said centerline of vacated Depot Road to its intersection with the northerly line of the 0.279 acre Parcel No. 1 of lands so conveyed to said Ericson Manufacturing Company;
   Thence easterly along said northerly line of Parcel No. 1 of land of Ericson Manufacturing to the northeasterly corner of the same;
   Thence southerly along the easterly line of said Parcel No. 1 of land of Ericson Manufacturing to its intersection with the aforesaid centerline of vacated Depot Road;
   Thence southeasterly along said centerline of vacated Depot Road to its intersection with the westerly line of Sublot No. 344 in the aforesaid Orchard Park Allotment No. 2;
   Thence southwesterly along said westerly line of Sublot No 344 to its intersection with the northerly line of Sharpe Avenue (formerly Cleveland Boulevard);
   Thence westerly along said northerly line of Sharpe Avenue to its intersection with the northerly prolongation of the easterly line of Block "P" in the Hamann Industrial Park Subdivision as shown by plat recorded in Volume O, Page 91 of Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence southerly along said prolongation and easterly line of Block "P" to the southeasterly corner of the same, said point also being the southwesterly corner of Sublot No. 164 in the aforesaid Orchard Park Allotment No. 2;
   Thence easterly along the southerly line of said Sublot No. 164 to its intersection with the westerly line of J.H. McCall's Orchard Park Allotment as shown by plat recorded in Volume E, Page 58 in the Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence southerly along said westerly line of J.H. McCall's Orchard Park Allotment to the southwesterly corner of the same;
   Thence easterly along the southerly line of said J.H. McCall's Orchard Park Allotment to its intersection with the centerline of Grove Avenue Extension as shown by plat recorded in Volume N, Page 102 of Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence southerly and easterly along said centerline of Grove Avenue Extension as so recorded to its intersection with the centerline of Euclid Avenue
   Thence southwesterly along said centerline of Euclid Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Shankland Road (formerly Chandler Road);
   Thence southerly along said centerline of Shankland Road to its intersection with the centerline of Ridge Road;
   Thence southwesterly along said centerline of Ridge Road to its intersection with the westerly line of Original Willoughby Township Lot No. 5, Tract 10;
   Thence southerly along said westerly line of Original Lot No. 5, Tract 10 to its intersection with the southerly line of lands subject to annexation proceedings by the City of Willoughby as shown by plat dated April, 1950 and recorded in Volume I, Page 86 of Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence generally in an easterly direction along said southerly line of lands, the same being the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Willoughby Hills as shown by said plat of annexation, to its intersection with the original centerline of the Main Branch of the Chagrin River;
      Thence northerly along said original centerline of the Main Branch of the Chagrin River, the same in part being the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the Village of Waite Hill as shown by said plat of annexation, and following the meanderings thereof, to the centerline of Mentor Avenue;
   Thence westerly along said centerline of Mentor Avenue and continuing along the centerline of Vine Street to the point of beginning.
