105.05 WARD FOUR.
   Beginning in the southerly line of land of the New York, Chicago & St. Louis Rail Road (now Norfolk & Southern Railway), the same being the northerly line of lands subject to annexation proceedings by the City of Willoughby as shown by plat dated April, 1950 and recorded in Volume I, Page 87 of Lake County Plat Records, at its intersection with the centerline of Beidler Road;
   Thence southwesterly along said railroad's southerly line, the same being the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Eastlake as shown by said plat and as shown by plat recorded in Volume I, Page 86 of Lake County Plat Records , to its intersection with the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Willowick;
   Thence southerly along said line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Willowick as shown by said plat to its intersection with the centerline of Euclid Avenue;
   Thence easterly along said centerline of Euclid Avenue, the same being the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Wickliffe as shown by said plat, to its intersection with the westerly line of the Aetna Construction Company Subdivision as shown by plat recorded in Volume P, Page 59 of Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence southerly along said westerly line of the Aetna Construction Company Subdivision and along the westerly line of Oak Ridge Estates No. 2 as shown by plat recorded in Volume 2, Page 18 of Lake County Plat Records, said line also being the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Wickliffe as shown by plat recorded in Volume I, Page 86 of Lake County Plat Records, to the southwesterly corner of the same;
   Thence easterly along the southerly line of said Oak Ridge Estates No. 2 , the same being the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Wickliffe as shown by said plat, to its intersection with the westerly line of lands in the Big Turtle II Condominiums complex (PPN 27-A-006-H-00-0CL-0);
   Thence southerly along said westerly line of lands and along the westerly line of Halle Estates as shown by plat recorded in Volume P, Page 98 of Lake County Plat Records, and along the westerly line of Halle Farms Condominiums as shown by plat recorded in Volume 12, Page 19 of Lake County Plat Records and along the extension of the same, said line being the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Wickliffe, to an angle therein;
   Thence easterly continuing along said line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Wickliffe to the westerly line of Original Willoughby Township Lot No. 9 in Tract No. 6 and an angle in said corporate boundary;
   Thence southerly continuing along said line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Wickliffe, the same being said westerly line of Original Lot No. 9 in Tract No. 6, to an angle therein;
   Thence easterly along the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Willoughby Hills as shown by plat recorded in Volume I, Page 86 of Lake County Plat Records to an angle therein;
   Thence generally in a northerly direction and continuing along said line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Willoughby Hills to its intersection with the southerly line of Sublot No. 32 in Timber Ridge Estates Subdivision as shown by plat recorded in Volume Z, Page 17 of Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence westerly along the southerly line of said Sublot No. 32 to the southwesterly corner of the same;
   Thence generally in a northerly direction along the rear lines of Sublots No. 32 through No. 38 in said Timber Ridge Estates Subdivision to its intersection with the centerline of Ridge Road;
   Thence northeasterly along said centerline of Ridge Road to its intersection with the westerly line of Clairidge Subdivision as shown by plat recorded in Volume L, Page 47 of Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence northerly along said westerly line of Clairidge Subdivision to the northwesterly corner of the same;
   Thence easterly along the northerly line of said Clairidge Subdivision to its intersection with the prolongation of the westerly line of Ridge Acres Estates No. 3 as shown by plat recorded in Volume L, Page 19 of Lake County Plat Records;
   Thence northerly along said westerly line of Ridge Acres Estates No. 3 to the northwesterly corner of the same;
   Thence easterly along the northerly line of said Ridge Acres Estates No. 3 to its intersection with the westerly line of land of Lake Hospital System, Inc. as described in instrument recorded in Document No. 2009R009901 of Lake County Records (PPN 27-A-015-0-00-015-0);
   Thence northerly along said westerly line of land of Lake Hospital System, Inc. to its intersection with the centerline of Euclid Avenue;
   Thence easterly along said centerline of Euclid Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of Beidler Road;
   Thence northerly along said centerline of Beidler Road to the point of beginning.
