Beginning in the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Mentor, the same as shown by annexation plat recorded in Volume I, Page 97 of Lake County Plat Records, at its intersection with the centerline of Adkins Road;
Thence southerly along said line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Mentor to its intersection with the northerly line of lands of the New York Central Rail Road (now CSX Transportation) as shown by annexation plat recorded in Volume I, Page 34 of Lake County Plat Records;
Thence generally in a southerly direction and along the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Mentor as shown by said plat to its intersection with the northerly line of lands subject to annexation proceedings by said City of Willoughby as shown by plat recorded in Volume N, Page 56 of Lake County Plat Records;
Thence continuing generally in a southerly direction along the lines which separate the City of Willoughby from the City of Mentor and the City of Kirtland as shown by said plat to its intersection with the northerly line of Markell Road;
Thence westerly along said northerly line of Markell Road, the same being the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the Village of Waite Hill as shown by plat recorded in Volume 56, Page 12 of Lake County Plat Records, to its intersection with the southerly corporate boundary of the City of Willoughby as shown by the aforesaid plat recorded in Volume N, Page 56 of Lake County Plat Records;
Thence westerly continuing along said southerly corporate boundary of the City of Willoughby and along said southerly corporate boundary as shown by annexation plats recorded in Volume P, Page 45 and Volume L, Page 68 of Lake County Plat Records to the center of the Main Branch of the Chagrin River;
Thence northerly along the center of said Main Branch of the Chagrin River, and following the meanderings thereof, to the centerline of Mentor Avenue;
Thence westerly along said centerline of Mentor Avenue and continuing along the centerline of Vine Street to the southwesterly corner of lands subject to annexation proceedings by the City of Willoughby as shown by plat recorded in Volume I, Page 22 of Lake County Plat Records;
Thence generally in a northerly direction along the westerly corporate boundary of said City of Willoughby as shown by said plat and continuing along the westerly corporate boundary as shown by plats recorded in Volume A, Page 6; Volume I, Page 91; and Volume I, Page 97 of Lake County Plat Records to its intersection with the centerline of Reeves Road;
Thence southerly along said centerline of Reeves Road to its intersection with the centerline of Hurricane Drive as shown by plat of Breezy Hill Allotment No. 2 as recorded in Volume E, Page 7 of Lake County Plat Records;
Thence easterly along said centerline of Hurricane Drive and continuing along the centerline of same as shown by plat of Breezy Hill Allotment No. 1 as recorded in Volume D, Page 49 of Lake County Plat Records to its intersection with the relocated centerline of Lost Nation Road as shown by plat recorded in Volume 18, Page 32 of Lake County Plat Records;
Thence northerly along said relocated centerline of Lost Nation Road to its intersection with the centerline of Adkins Road;
Thence easterly along said centerline of Adkins Road to the point of beginning.
