Thence southerly along said line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Mentor-on-the-Lake and along the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Mentor, all as shown by said plat, to its intersection with the southerly line of Block "N" in the Arrowhead Beach No. 2 Allotment as shown by plat recorded in Volume F, Page 41 of Lake County Plat Records;
Thence westerly along said southerly line of Block "N," the same being the line between Original Lot No. 5 and Original Lot No. 6 in the Douglass Tract, and along the extension of the same to its intersection with the easterly line of land conveyed to Kennedy Group Lost Nation Parkway 1 Ltd. Thence westerly along said centerline of Lake Shore Boulevard to its intersection with the line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Eastlake as shown by the aforesaid annexation plat recorded in Volume I, Page 97 of Lake County Plat Records;
Thence northerly along said line which separates the City of Willoughby from the City of Eastlake to its intersection with the shoreline of Lake Erie;
Thence northeasterly along said shoreline to the point of beginning.
