1501.28 USE OF HEAT PRODUCING GRILLS.

(a) No person shall kindle or maintain a fire for the preparation of food or for any other purpose, in any type of outdoor or portable grill in or on any dwelling or common walkway or on or below any balcony of a habitable space.

(b) No person shall kindle or utilize an open flame device in or on any common walkway or on or below any balcony of a habitable space.

(c) Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) grills and/or cylinders shall not be stored in any dwelling or on the balcony of a habitable space.
