1501.26 PERMITS AND FEES.

The Chief shall prepare application forms and a filing system for permits to be issued by him/her pursuant to the Fire Prevention Code and shall perform all functions required thereunder. The Chief shall charge the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the issuance of each such permit, which funds shall be deposited in the General Funds of the City.
