(a) Limits of Districts in Which Storage of Explosives and Blasting Agents is to be Prohibited:
(1) All property within the City, except within areas classified by the Zoning Code as General Industrial Districts.
(2) Property within the City fronting on the rights of way known as Vine Street, Mentor Avenue (aka Route 20), and Euclid Avenue are not subject to the exception identified in subsection (a)(1) hereof.
(b) Limits of Districts in Which Storage of Flammable Liquids in Outside Aboveground Tanks is to be Prohibited:
(1) All property within the City, except city-owned property and property within areas classified by the Zoning Code as General Industrial Districts and Limited Industrial Districts.
(2) The maximum tank size permitted in Limited Industrial Districts is 1000 gallons.
(3) Property within the City fronting on the right of ways known as Vine Street, Mentor Avenue (aka Route 20), and Euclid Avenue are not subject to the exception identified in subsection (b)(1) or (b)(2) hereof.
(c) Limits of Districts in Which Bulk Storage of Liquefied Petroleum Gases is to be Prohibited:
(1) All property within the City, except within areas classified by the Zoning Code as General Industrial Districts.
(2) Property within the City fronting on the right of ways known as Vine Street, Mentor Avenue (aka Route 20) and Euclid Avenue are not subject to the exception identified in paragraph (d)(1) hereof.
(d) Limits of Districts in Which Storage of Combustible Liquids in Outside Aboveground Tanks is Prohibited:
(1) All property within the City, except City-owned property, property within areas classified by the Zoning Code as General Industrial Districts, and Property within areas classified by the Zoning Code as Limited Industrial Districts.
(2) The maximum tank size permitted in Limited Industrial Districts is 1000 gallons.
(3) Storage of combustible liquids in an outside aboveground tank not exceeding 500 gallons for the purposes of providing fuel for emergency generators is permitted regardless of zoning classification, with the approval of the Chief.
