1338.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
(a)    "Satellite earth station" means a signal-receiving device of any size, shape, or description designed for the purpose of receiving microwave transmissions or other signals, directly or indirectly, from satellites in the earth's orbit.
(b)    “Usable satellite signal”" means a satellite signal which when viewed on a conventional television set is comparable in picture quality to that received from local commercial television stations or by way of cable television.
(c)    "Small satellite antenna" means a satellite antenna of two meters or less diameter in commercial or industrial zones and one meter or less diameter in residential zones.
