(a) | The following fee schedule shall apply to work in the City right-of-way: | ||

(2) | Tunnel, auger or boring under streets, driveways or sidewalks | 200.00 | |
(3) | Sidewalk installation | 35.00 | |
(4) | Driveway aprons: | ||

B. Commercial, industrial and multi-family | 75.00 | ||
(5) | Curb cuts | 35.00 | |
(b) | Construction deposits for subsection (a) hereof, shall be as follows: | ||
(1) | Excavation | $ 500.00 | |
(2) | Tunneling, angering and boring | 500.00 | |
(3) | Sidewalks | 200.00 | |
(4) | Driveway aprons | 200.00 | |
(5) | Sidewalk and apron combined | 200.00 | |
(6) | Hauling over City streets (per vehicle) | 300.00 | |
(c) Miscellaneous:
(1) Deposits set forth in subsection (b) hereof may be increased by the Director of Public Service if estimated potential damage to City property exceeds the amount of such deposits.
(2) Extra inspections and costs of other services provided by the City shall be deducted from the deposits.
(3) A property bond, in lieu of cash bond, may be posted for work performed on sidewalks or aprons, driveways or curb cutting on residential property at the place of residence by occupant/owner only. To accommodate sidewalk replace programs, inspection fees and permit costs may be waived by the Director of Public Service.
(4) Contractors who have on deposit with the City a bond or cash of one thousand dollars ($1,000) for street openings may have the above deposits waived by the Director of Public Service.
