(c) Public Utility Charges: Public utility charges or special work, in addition to the above, supervision and additional inspections up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) may be charged, depending on the nature of the work and the time involved. The above fees do not include public utility charges or special work required of other departments or divisions of the City. These shall be covered in separate estimates by the Director of Public Service.
