1329.06 PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE.

Every person applying for a permit under this chapter shall establish to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Service that he is covered by public liability insurance in a sufficient amount to indemnify the public and the City for any claim for damages caused by the negligent operation of the permittee.
