(a) The following fees shall be charged for registration of residential plumbing or electrical contractors and registration of all other contractors pursuant to this chapter:
Examination fee for residential plumbing or electrical license | $50.00 |
Registration fee - all contractors | $100.00 |
Appeal | $50.00 |
(b) Fees shall be payable upon acceptance of the application for a registration certificate. An application shall not be deemed accepted until the authority having jurisdiction has examined such application and determined that the applicant is qualified pursuant to this chapter, and possesses the experience, training, and education required for the license or certificate in question.
