1327.03 RECIPROCITY FOR REGISTRATION.
Upon application for registration the Board of Building Code Appeals may issue an applicant registered, licensed, or certified by another municipality or agency, certified by the Ohio Board of Building Standards for enforcement of the Ohio Building Code, a certificate of registration or license whereby the applicant obtained a qualification certificate by written examination. Such issuance of a qualification certificate is contingent upon a determination by the Board that the requirements for the reciprocal registration, licensure, or certification are substantially equal to the requirements for the issuance of a qualification certificate issued by the City.
