The Building and Zoning Inspector is hereby authorized and directed to require any applicant for a building permit for any structure, other than a single or two-family residential building, to submit or file one set of construction drawings or plans in addition to those required by other ordinances of the City, which additional set shall be transmitted by the Building and Zoning Inspector to the Fire Prevention Bureau.
