There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, repair, equipment, use, occupancy, location and maintenance of one, two, and three-family dwellings, that certain building code known as the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, current edition, except as hereinafter amended.
