1175.10 CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

Construction and design standard and specifications for streets, sidewalks, and curbs and gutters are contained in the Construction Specifications adopted by Council, and all such facilities shall be completed in accordance with these standards.
