1105.05 INGRESS - EGRESS BOARD.
   (a)    Membership. Consists of the Mayor, and the Fire Chief and Police Chief, or their designees.
   (b)    Organization. The Ingress-Egress Board shall appoint a Secretary to keep minutes and records of all meetings, deliberations and proceedings of the Board. Such Secretary shall transmit to Council and to the Planning Commission copies of all minutes and records of proceedings of the Board after the same have been approved.
   (c)    Voting. All three members of the Board, or their designees, must be present for the conducting of any action by the Board. Approval of drawings submitted to the Board shall require the unanimous concurrence of the Board.
   (d)    Powers and Duties. To review and act on the design and layout of ingress, egress, off-street parking and access.
