1103.01 USE OF CODE SECTION REFERENCES.

Throughout this Planning and Zoning Code, reference to section numbers means the numbered sections of this Planning and Zoning Code. Reference to section numbers separated by the word "to" (such as Sections 1101.05 to 1101.07) is to be taken as equivalent to the words "to and including."
