951.04 FEES.
   (a)   The fee charged for the inspection shall be for each building structure or condominium unit, and shall be established by the Director. Such fee shall be in addition to the charge established in any other section of the Codified Ordinances, and amendments thereto. The fee(s) shall be paid at the time the application for a Certificate is filed with the City. Any Certificate issued for a condominium unit shall be issued jointly to the condominium association and the unit owner and shall be valid for two years after any single condominium unit is conveyed.

   (b)   There shall be no fee for any re-inspection requested by the same owner within one year from the date of issuance of a certificate of inspection for the same property.
   (c)   There shall be no fee charged for a certificate of inspection required to be issued in conjunction with a sale regulated by this chapter.
