915.12 OPERATION OF PRIVATE TREATMENT FACILITIES.

Acceptance by the Director of Public Service of existing facilities does not, in any way guarantee that these facilities shall function in the manner described by the user; nor shall it relieve the user of the responsibility of revamping, enlarging, or otherwise modifying such facilities to accomplish the intended purpose.
