915.10 FAILURE TO REPORT ACCIDENTAL DISCHARGES.

A user shall notify the POTW of an accidental discharge of a prohibited waste material within one hour of such discharge unto a sewer or waterway. Any damage to the sewerage system or wastewater treatment plant caused by any accidental discharge shall be the liability of the originator of the discharge.
