(a) There is hereby levied a sanitary sewer tap-in fee to be paid by each new customer or expansion of an existing multi-family, business, commercial, industrial or institutional building as follows:
Single family residential | $ 1,000.00/unit |
Multi-family | 1,000.00/unit |
Mobile home | 800.00/unit |
Business, commercial, industrial or institutional | $ 0.25/sq. ft./per bldg. |
(b) In the event of an expansion as contemplated in subsection (a) hereof, and the Mayor determines that no increase in sewer usage shall occur as a result of such expansion in excess of the usage contemplated prior to such expansion, the sewer tap-in fee pertaining to such expansion may be waived.
