All requests for information regarding City assessments, either certified or to be certified to the County Auditor, shall be in writing and directed to the Director of Finance.
A fee in the amount of five dollars ($5.00) per parcel shall accompany each written request for information regarding such assessment.
When the aforesaid conditions have been met, the Director of Finance is authorized to submit a report in writing of the information requested.
