Any taxicab driver's license may be suspended or revoked at any time by the Director for the violation of any of the terms of this chapter or any other ordinance of the City, or any law of the State of Ohio or of the United States. It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and all police officers to call the attention of the Director to any such violation on the part of the licensee. Any such suspension or revocation shall be noted on the license, together with a statement of the reason therefor. No driver whose license has been revoked shall again be licensed and nothing containing herein shall be construed to require a license fee to be refunded.
