The Certificate shall include the following information:
(a) The name of the applicant granted the Certificate (the Certificate holder);
(b) The number of taxicabs the Certificate holder may lawfully operate in the City;
(c) The name under which the Certificate holder will conduct business;
(d) The principal place of business of the Certificate holder;
(e) The exclusive color scheme and special terms to be used exclusively by the Certificate holder on its taxicabs;
(f) A statement that the Certificate is not transferable without the approval of the Director of Public Safety, and may be revoked or suspended; and
(g) A statement that the Certificate holder is subject to the rules and regulations contained herein.
