(a) The Police Department, Building Department and/or Health Department or their authorized representatives shall be authorized to make inspections of each massage establishment for the purposes of determining that the provisions of this chapter are fully complied with.
(b) Failure to permit such inspections shall result in revocation of the license issued to a massage establishment.
