A notice of revocation or suspension shall take effect, resulting in immediate revocation or suspension, eleven days after receipt unless appealed as prescribed herein. If appealed, revocation or suspension shall not take effect unless such revocation or suspension is affirmed by the Board of Zoning Appeals, after which it shall become effective immediately upon the Board's affirmation of such revocation or suspension.
