The revocation or suspension of a license or permit may be appealed to the Board of Zoning Appeals by filing a notice of appeal with the Secretary of the Board within ten days of receipt of the notice of revocation or suspension. The Board shall deny or approve any suspension or revocation as provided herein after a hearing to be held within thirty days after receipt of the notice of appeal.
