768.08 WAIVER OF APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.

The City may waive the requirements contained in Section 768.05(i) if the applicant furnishes satisfactory evidence that he or she has met the educational requirements contained therein; in any event, the massager shall be certified to practice massage by the State Medical Board.
