765.07 FEES FOR LICENSE TO OPERATE .

Every licensee hereunder shall pay a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per year for each school bus licensed to operate. In instances of operators of over fifteen school buses, however, such fee shall not exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per year, regardless of the number of vehicles operated.
