755.02 PERMIT TO HOLD DANCE REQUIRED.

No society, club or corporation shall hold a public dance or public ball within the City without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Mayor. Coincidental with the issuance of a permit for a public dance or public ball, and as a condition under which the permit is issued, the Mayor may prescribe such regulatory measures as he deems appropriate.
