A violation of any provision of this chapter of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Willoughby shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day's continued violation shall constitute a separate offense. Any person convicted of or pleading guilty to more than three violations of any of the provisions of this chapter shall forfeit any right to obtain any license hereunder, and any license issued and outstanding shall forthwith be revoked upon notice of such revocation being delivered to such licensee, in writing, by the Director of Public Safety.
