739.14 COMPLIANCE.

Any person acting as a junk dealer or scrap dealer or itinerant junk dealer within the City on the effective date of this chapter (Ordinance 1966-56, passed 7-20-66) shall have a period of 120 days after such effective date to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
